International Orders:
At this time, we cannot process international orders online. However, if you email or call us, we are willing to ship outside the US. Please call 847-894-5636 to place an international order.
Delivery Time:
We attempt to ship all orders within 2 business days. If an item is backordered, you will be contacted. If an item is monogrammed, it will typically ship in 3 business days (with the only exception being during the holidays). If an item is embroidered, it will typically ship within 7 business days. Please call us if you need an item shipped quicker than this. We will try to accommodate all rush orders.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it. Please note: personalized items are not returnable unless there is a mistake in the engraving or embroidery.
Please return items within 15 days of receipt in new and unused condition with the manufacture tag attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged at 8.75% if order is being shipped within Illinois. Otherwise, there is no sales tax charged.
